METAL SCULPTURE Whitewater is both random and predictable, forming constant and recognizeable shapes, but only because the water keeps moving.	PLASTER SCULPTURE I was thinking of rock being worn by fast moving water.	PAINTING I have never seen waves or waterfalls as beautiful as ones I have been in the middle of, in a kayak. The most beautiful thing is the texture because it reflects light and the surroundings.

DRAWINGS These are objects that are part of my daily life -- things I have in my room or on my desk. They seem very still, and allow me to observe and try to capture their lines and how the light falls on them.

POTTERY A pot is a still object, but it takes spinning clay and huge physical effort to bring it into existence.
